Service is fair. The rate of speed could use work, definitely if it is for one item and 3 employees are working! The quality was mediocre, my smoothie was more watery.

Hi! I love nektar, I go as often as I can closer to home. I placed a pick up order today and when I went to the counter I wasn’t acknowledged and I had to ask for help with the pick up. When I got their attention, neither of the two young ladies said hello nor were friendly. I waited at the register and she decided to put my bowl at the other counter and set it there for me to grab. She could’ve said I have your bowl over here or just hand it to me as I was patiently waiting at the counter right in front of her. I had an impersonal & unwelcoming experience. I rarely leave a review for pick ups but if I can be honest I wanted to take my tip back after that pick up experience. Hope this helps.
