I placed an online order that was not ready at the designated time. Waited around almost 10 minutes. They finally called my name, it was the wrong order. I guess there were 2 Sarah’s who ordered. So then they pulled my order out that they had all along. They should verify first and last names when you check in for a pickup order so you’re not waiting around for no reason.
