I am so grateful for Nekter Juice Bar. I have autoimmune issues and liver disease and it is so wonderful to have a healthy option when on the go. I work a lot driving so it's nice to have a place to stop that isn't horrible for my body. The prices are great for the nutrition you get. Everything tastes wonderful. My favorites are good banana berry burst smoothie and the power protein bowls 😋

My coupon didn't work in the app. My bowl was not fully blended and the presentation was lacking. I'm guessing it was because it was so busy.

I love your product and enjoy your friendly staff, but one comment. It’s sooooo LOUD and NOISY in the Roseville store. Not sure if it’s like that at other stores, but I have to SCREAM my order and/or name (mobile orders). Is there a way to get quieter machines or dampen the acoustics. It’s crazy loud in there.

I place my order online and was given a 15 minute pick up time. When I got to the store I had to wait over 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. This defeats the point of ordering ahead.

Picked up my mobile order (3 greenie juices with extra lemon). Took a sip of my drink and it was either made incorrectly or I was given the wrong drink. I order the greenie all the time from my local location so immediately knew it was made incorrectly. I took it back and asked if our drinks could be remade. The employee gladly made new drinks and apologized. Very sweet employee, however, even after the second time my drinks were still made incorrectly. I ended up just tossing all 3 away. Great customer service but maybe just follow up to make sure all employees are making the correct juices.
