I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order while I was watching people walk right in and grab theirs. When I reminded your staff of my name, I got eye rolls. Online orders need to be prioritized and staff needs an attitude check.

I walked in and the music was so loud the girl training with the other employee couldn't hear me. She was nice,however the employee that was training her was not helping. The young girl training handed me the smoothie bowl and walked away but I had also ordered a ginger shot and I literally had to tell to get their attention to get jt.
