I am not empresses with this location. Not sure if the staff members are new but they seem to take longer and the drinks are not very accurate. My cup was filled 3/5 and of that 3 parts there was an inch of foam. I normally visit the downtown Sacramento location and they are always accurate and on time.

Service here is usually fantastic. Today however we arrived 5 minutes after the time our app order said it would be ready and half the order was not completed. We waited another ten minutes to get a our smoothie. Normally not a huge deal but we were on a timeline.

Big fan of nekter, however today had issues with the app, order was lost so when I arrived I actually watched them make my order for the first time (usually I order online and it’s always ready on time). Two of the three worker’s masks only covered their mouths, making them ineffective. Gloves were used however the worker making my order adjusted their mask, touching their face then my drink. I want to support businesses but after watching how my food was made, I am hesitant to return.

It is usually on time but I ordered on my app and it was supposed to be done by 2:15 I got there at 2:23 and they hadn’t even started it yet😩

This was my first time in, ordered through the app. I got an update through the app the my order was complete, when I walked in was told they were still working on it and waited 20 minutes while 2 people that came in the store and ordered after I checked in received their drinks first.

I've made a few orders in the last few weeks and they have generally been good; in particular, it's been quick to pick up my order in the store. On one occasion my online order scheduled for a particular time was not ready when I arrived 3 minutes after the scheduled time, and the staff began making it when they realised there was an issue. The resulting products felt rushed (my wife's acai bowl was not at all made to the usual standard we've experienced at Nekter). However, other than this somewhat negative experience it's been great to regularly partake of Nekter's range of products! Thanks!
