I placed my order online but when I got to the store, they didn’t even know I placed an order. I ended up waiting longer while they make my smoothie. And the lady did not seem friendly to me but friendlier to “American” customers. I’m Mexican by the way.

We did an online order and when we got there I checked and he said we are 10 minutes out after about 15 minutes or so noticing that workers were in the back room, I went up and asked where my order was and they said that they had it ready but they lost the ticket so they didn’t know whose it was. I just thought it was interesting that if they had a lost order and they saw a customer there that they weren’t making that connection just feel like there could’ve been a little bit more follow through the product was really good
