They were nice, but kinda slow. I think it was just because all of them seemed rather young. They'll get better I'm sure. The young lady working the counter was very polite and handled a disgruntled customer with grace ( none of the workers were at fault for anything). I don't remember her name, but she's definitely an employee to keep around.

I understand the girls were busy but I didn’t care for how annoyed they were as they handed my drink, and I wanted my juice with ice which I did not receive

I placed an online order at about 7:21am. The order time for pickup was 7:36am. When I arrived at 7:36am my order wasn’t ready. The staff was making all of the customers orders who were present. 10 minutes later my order was ready. My order should be prepared in the order received, not after I show up.

Service was great! Peanut açaí bowl is always amazing! Only time I’ve ever had issues was when I made multiple mobile orders. It’s happened twice where they did not receive one of the orders, and I’ve had to wait for them to make it.
