I love the food but I sent in an online order 15 minutes ahead of when I would be there and ended up waiting another 20 minutes after arriving to receive my order. I went once before and experienced a long wait time.

I placed an online order and I went to go pick it up at the counter. I told them my name and she mumbled something and walked off, I thought she went to go get my order to put ice in my drink. she begins to take every customer that walked in after me and when the place was empty another clerk came to ask me if im waiting for something and I said yes, ive been waiting for 10 mins and you took everyone that came after me and she found my drink and said sorry and gave it to me. really poor customer service today.

The team was very nice and the girl apologized for the wait. But the almond butter was rock hard instead of creamy. I waited over 20 mins for something I ordered 20 mins ahead. I think if customers have to wait they should be given some sort of discount for the next time. Especially when it’s lunch time because people only have so long for a lunch break. But again, the girl was apologetic and sweet.

I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:32. Got there at 7:30 and didn’t leave until 7:42. Half my order was sitting there ready while he made 2 walk in orders. During that time I didn’t get any updates on my order. Poor customer service.

I ordered through the app so I can get the juice faster. App says my order will he ready at 4:20pm. I got there at 4:18 and the juice is pending. I had waited extra 10 minutes with the expectation of getting out of the store within a minute.

I always order ahead and it takes forever to get someone's attention at the pickup area. My order is usually ready when I finally get someone and they pull it out of the freezer.
