my experiences was very good. I ordered online and picked up a few minutes later. I would say that the mango smoothie didn’t taste very good. It was kind of bland açai bowl I ordered was very good.

The last few times I've come there, my acai bowls were at least 1/3 empty. Which means I won't be getting all my protein and will be hungry before lunch, not to mention that I'm paying such a steep price for a small amount of breakfast!

We placed a mobile order for 3 bowls. The bowls were ready before the estimated time. The employees greeted us and let us know when the bowls were ready.

It took a little longer for the gals to notice I was there to pick up my order, than I expected. But overall the gal that assisted me was very friendly and pleasant. May suggest having a bell ring when someone opens the door so they know someone walked in. I do understand they were busy making bowls and juice, however a nice, “Be right with you” would have been a nice touch.

It took awhile to get order but it was a busy time so understandable. The main area that is lacking is finding order information on the app after placing online order. It doesn’t give you any feedback and hard to find record of order. Had to confirm that received an email to make sure the order went through. Ideally there would be a pop up on the app that says order placed, approximate time that it will be ready, and a link to order details. The Açaí bowls are delicious and price is good.
