Love the bowls & smoothies here! However, the customer service at this location tends to always be lacking. I made eye contact with at least 3 employees and they just ignored me. The gentleman who did greet me was friendly though.

Ordered 2 items on the app and an additional bowl in store as it is not available on the app. The cashier was not welcoming, definitely felt like I was inconveniencing her by ordering in store because of difficulty with the app.
The cashier repeated back the bowl I ordered, açaí bowl peanut butter bowl. And I received a pb bowl. Unfortunately I did not check my bag until returning to work. Tried to call the store, no answer.

Delicious! I love this place and everything about it. I’ve tried about every açaí bowl they have and it’s totally customizable so you can get it however you want. Normally a little bit of a line and only a small seating area, it’s definitely more of a take out than a seat in but still 10/10.

Hi the service of the store was okay but it did took longer for my
Order to be ready. Also the consistency of the acai base was not the best and the protein powder and chia seed pudding layer were missing in my bowl unfortunately.
I would like some assistance on this order issue I had please. Thank you
