Charging for cookies not fair they only give 3 GF cookies in bowl

Hi! I love nektar, I go as often as I can closer to home. I placed a pick up order today and when I went to the counter I wasn’t acknowledged and I had to ask for help with the pick up. When I got their attention, neither of the two young ladies said hello nor were friendly. I waited at the register and she decided to put my bowl at the other counter and set it there for me to grab. She could’ve said I have your bowl over here or just hand it to me as I was patiently waiting at the counter right in front of her. I had an impersonal & unwelcoming experience. I rarely leave a review for pick ups but if I can be honest I wanted to take my tip back after that pick up experience. Hope this helps.

Hello, I placed an app order and asked how I could best get PB in future orders, the cashier was overwhelmed and not very friendly. I made a mistake in my order to avoid having strawberries and blueberries on my bowl, and did not know I opted for it to not be in the actual acai. It was my first mobile order and wasn't offered any help after waiting about 5 minutes to be helped at the register.

Let me first say that I am a professional Chef AND I own a Vitamix, yet Neckter makes THE BEST smoothies. I particularly love the Tropical Cooler and my husband favors the Popeye's Acai. Their custom freshly made juices are also delicious. Everything is fresh and made quickly to order and with the app I earn free beverages!

Honestly it is great ! The açaí bowls are my go to and once had it 4 times in one week. It is a place I go to satisfy my sweet tooth as I have cravings. But this is a healthier alternative.

I liked that ordering in person was as easy as ordering online. I feel like the three bowls should include more than 3 toppings for the price.

I usually order ahead of time to ensure I can drive, pick up, and drive back home during my lunch… never fails, the Nekter team has my bowl prepared to perfection! Thank you, team. Keep up the amazing work!

I love coming here! I do wish there were more offers in the app for the açaí bowls but other than that it’s great!
