my order was incorrect and was missing toppings so i wasn’t happy with my experience! also i ordered on the app well ahead of time but it still took almost 20 minutes to receive my bowl!

Delicious smoothies and bowls!

Received my mobile order for a banana berry bowl and I literally had 1 tiny strawberry on the top. Even the amount of banana I received was way less than normal.

Unfortunately they are extremely busy. The team was definitely working hard but my order was extremely behind. Felt bad for the one making the bowls.

I absolutely love all your bowls and have always had a great experience however I am disappointed that the bowls changed and they are significantly smaller and to top it off my bowl wasn’t even full I wish I can attach a picture cause I took a picture of how my bowl was half way full… and feel like I over paid for my last order.

Ordered online. Waited at the counter nobody came, and everyone busy but never looking up to make eye contact or notice you. What’s the point of ordering online if you wait forever when you show up. When I was acknowledged my order was taken out of the fridge and packed up for me right away. The bowl was messy. The bottom was wet and sticky. Lots of napkins needed. Banana ms were amazing, not too ripe

I honestly LOVE Nekter for their bowls and smoothies but their customer service needs some major work. Over the last 6-9 months I’ve put in 3 inquiries; ONE of which I actually got a response but the issue was not resolved. If you order for delivery using the Nekter online delivery and don’t receive something you paid for, consider that money gone for good because they’ll never respond back to make it right. What finally made me never want to go back was the service I received at the Roseville store. We waited 45 minutes for 2 bowls and 1 smoothie, and one of the bowls was done incorrectly. The guy was super rude about me asking for him to fix it. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE. I really want to love you but it’s not worth the stress.

Smoothies and açaí bowls are fresh and not too sweet. Also friendly environment and friendly people.

Todays bowl was perfect! Fresh toppings and you could tell it was put together with intention. Last couple times I had blackened bananas and it had seemed as if it was just thrown together quickly! I was pleased today to see the quality in my fav acai bowl!

Well made bowl and smoothie that followed the order I made without pineapple on top. Bowl was delicious and the atmosphere of the store was very positive.

Awesome bowls, and great fast service thank you so much this was just what we needed! We have been sick and couldn’t get out these are amazing!
