Love Nekter but the coconut bowl has the most inconsistent results. This time it had chunks of ice and hardly sweet I couldn’t imagine it if I didn’t have extra agave - unfortunate the store can’t find a better way to make the base consistent

Tried a few bowls and drinks. Done well. It takes a bit so order ahead at least 15 mins. The servers are nice. Quite busy.

I had ordered my bowl online, when I got there to pick it up, no one greeted us or had said anything at all. It was nearly 15 minutes before my order was ready. They did not get my order right, and when I told them, they walked off. I even showed them my order on the app. I love this location, but it’s going to be a minute before I return because of this experience.

Ordered online but when I showed up for my scheduled pick up time the bowl was not ready and it took an additional 25 minutes until I got my bowl.Also chia pudding is never “set up” at this location. Always runny.

I love your juices and bowls,however, you’re customer service is pretty much non existent. Some days there will be 7-8 employees and not one of them acknowledges customers when they walk in or need help. Even greeting. They don’t do.

I was honestly disappointed in my experience the people were very nice but every single bowl I ordered was made wrong. On top of my bowls being made wrong they forgot extra ingredients that we had asked for which costed $4 dollars more for 2 bowls. So it was disappointing because not only did we get our food made poorly we payed way more money

Customer service is always great. Lead or manager helped us today was awesome. It took care of the issue. Great smoothies and bowls for healthy snacks, meals, and pre or post work out. It never disappoint. Keep up the good work👍.

I ordered from the Nekter app, and my order was ready right on time, and someone helped me right away. Both bowls were delicious and refreshing!

I ordered the peanut butter bowl and it was not completed blended. Most of the fruit was frozen. The store it self was very dirty. The counters and floor both needed cleaning.

The açaí berry bowl was fresh and delicious. The pineapple coconut bowl was frozen. Not able to eat. Needs to be fresh every time. Costs too much money not to be made fresh.
