I swear, every time I make an online order from the app, I’m waiting at least 10 minutes past the pick up time. I understand people are ordering in store, but this last order that I placed was prior to opening hours for a 2pm pick up time. I got my order at 2:15pm. You have tasty açaí bowls, but ordering online is a waste of my time. I even tip for my online orders hoping that it will be ready on time. It never is. Please make online ordering a priority. I’m sure it will help improve your business

The online ordering is not available most of the time when I try to order. I love the bowls, but it takes 20+ minutes to wait for a bowl when ordered in the store. That's just too much time.

Made the wrong bowl

Great PB bowl! Friendly and fast service. This is my favorite Nekter store. The crew is always as fast a possible and friendly.

My order was incorrect. While it was still good it was not what I had ordered. I asked for chia seeds to be added on top of my açaí bowl. Instead I received a side of chia pudding. Was still delicious and I ate my items. Just thought I would let you guys know.

The bowl was very watery so all the fruit and topping fell to the bottom. It was like a watered down smoothie in a bowl

Good experience, but since the store was so busy, our call in order was ready 30 minutes past the estimated time. Bowls were delicious, but it would be nice if the app would be more accurate on ready times.

I got to the store on time, checked in and the rep said she is working on it. After 10 minutes of waiting at the store for the bowl, I checked in and she said she is working on the bowl. And that in a couple of more minutes the bowl was ready. I learned I need to order 20-30 min ahead. Thank you.

4/21/22; RN, stopped in before 12 hr pm shift to get bowls and juices for a myself and a few staff. Nektar is an amazing place, but Roseville location on this particular day staffed what seems to be a bunch of high school chatting girls who was very unsanitary, talking, laughing and chatting over the bowls and juices being made. They were touching their hair and cabinets with the same hands they grabbed ingredients with. I was disappointed to have my bowl not with all the ingredients it was supposed to come with. I ordered the Acai superfood bowl, no bee pollen was added..wasn't a happy camper. This place doesn't need to staff these girls together anymore. Not good for business.

The bowls are amazing. Haven't had a smoothie yet but I am sure they are great as well. Everything so fresh and flavorful.

I love your products but the fact that they are $12-15 per bowl & then it automatically adds on a $2 tip seems to be a little much when I am having to grab my own items (the lemonade, my utensils, napkins, lids) I have no problem tipping, but it feels a little asinine to order pickup, then have to gather all my items, bag it, and then wait a few extra minutes for it to be ready after the proposed time. I have no problem paying a tip, maybe the suggestion of putting the whole order together - on time will make me want to tip and frequent Nekter more often. Thank you

Ordering online was easy and the food was ready when expected. First time trying an acai bowl here and it was delicious!

My sister-in-law brought me here now I’ve been here two times both times were awesome I’ve had the berrie bowl and the peanut butter bowl both were delicious 😋
