Roseville Nekter is my go-to lunch spot nearly every day. And that's because the bowls are great each time and I can count on their crew to have my online order made on time. The Nekter crew at Roseville is top-notch.

I ordered a power bowl and it was half filled and he forgot to put peanut butter on top as well as the superfood blend!!

We love Nectar! I have a 10 for speed of service even though service takes longer…it’s just that the bowls are so good, and I know they are labor intensive. Our family loves Nectar so so much!!

Great bowl, fast and friendly customer service. The Roseville Nekter crew are great! They work fast and are always friendly.

Was not greeted with any greeting or hi when I walked in. The work space looked very dirty. Took employees a while to acknowledge me waiting for my mobile order. But the bowl was really yummy.

Bowl was not made correctly this time. Portion was very small.

I cant say the base of the açaí bowl was my favorite.. it honestly just tasted like a watery berry smoothie.

This is by far my favorite juice bar!!! I go get a bowl one or twice a week and the service is great and ingredients are fresh!!

Was hot and wanted a nice fruit drink walked in, stood at the register for 5 minutes. Wasn't greeted, or acknowledged both workers had short glances at me and then went back to what they were doing. Seemed like they were intentionally ignoring me. No hold on I'll be with you in a minute or anything. I waited a bit longer, no one got their drinks or bowls as the workers chatted away and worked on 2 items the entire time. I just walked out. Terrible customer service.

I wasn't recognized when I was standing at the counter waiting for my pick up order. One person was with a customer tending to her which was great and the other 2 were talking amongst themselves wiping down the counter. When he did see me, he asked if I had a to go order and then got it for me no sorry I didn't see you standing there or a thank you just do you want a bag and handed me my bowl

Bowls are good. but every single time I order it for delivery, the extra granola I pay for is never included. EVER. It's a dollar extra and after months of this happening and ordering every week money adds up. It might sound like I'm being a ninny but seriously MONEY ADDS UP. I called to see what's the issue, and I was told that sometimes they throw an extra scoop on top or they put it on the side, and then to call every time I order to make sure they include it. Um, I'm sorry but it's your job to make sure that orders are sent out correctly. It's so annoying. I don't know how many times this has happened, I'm curious to know how much money I've wasted. So I guess moving forward I will be calling every time I place an order.

This is my first time at Nekter. The young man at the counter was very friendly. I had an online order and showed up earlier than my timeframe. The employees had all my juices bagged and ready. There were also working on my acai bowl. All the fruit was fresh and delicious. Overall, great first time experience.

Usually the customized bowls are made correctly but today 2 of my 3 bowls were made with the granola inside the bowl rather than on the side (even though my order stated "granola on the side"). So, when I arrived home, there was soggy granola in 2 bowls.

I wish the atmosphere was a little calmer. The music is too loud and with the blenders going it’s very loud and you can barely hear when they call a name. I really enjoy the açaí bowls but I just wish experience was more relaxing and calm. Maybe this business is not for me?
