I ordered 2 smoothies and a bowl from home. I got there after time they said it would be ready on email. I had been 30min. They hadn’t even started order. They were busy but I didn’t get any update or notice. It was over 45min until we got our drinks. 2 of the staff were very friendly, one was not & was giving customers smug looks. Smoothie and bowl were tasty.

Great order and pickup experience but power protein bowl (smoothie part) doesn’t have too much flavor…have tried twice this week…so want to love this bowl but flavor could be better

As usual, the Roseville location is my favorite. However today, our bowl was the consistency of a smoothie so scooping with a spoon was frustrating and my son did not finish his food due to that — this was his special treat after having an intense 3hr medical appt.

Needs improvement- my order was wrong!! Again!! I paid extra for almond butter in my açaí bowl and sadly, it was missing, which ruined the whole bowl for me. Ugh

My protein bowl was not made correctly unfortunately. It was very watery in consistency so much so that all of the few toppings that were meant to be on top, sank to the bottom, making it visually unappealing as well.

I typically go here after my morning workout. I'm generally happy with the quality of the smoothies. But the wait is a bit long if I need to get back home to get started with work. So I downloaded the app and ordered ahead today. The first comment is that as a first-time user of the app, I expected the order to be ready at the specified time which was 10:00AM. However, it was ready almost immediately after I placed the online order at around 9:40AM. Though they are placed in a freezer to prevent them from melting, I actually think the consistency changed so it was too icy. Even after letting them thaw on my drive back home, the smoothy (a Popeye's Acai) tasted horrible. It didn't taste anything like the previous ones I've ordered. It had no sweetness to it. I'm guessing there was no agave nectar, and too little acai. On top of that I'm certain there was little if any cashew milk. I choose Nekter because I rely on them setting a high bar on quality and ingredients and they completely missed. So I am very disappointed in the quality of the product today.

I ordered a acai bowl with out apples but it came with apples. Also, I added honey to the order but it did not have honey. I didn't see it until I got to work and started eating it.

It was good! Got the app which was super easy to use and submit my mobile order. Once I got my order I was impressed. One of the best smoothie bowls I’ve had!

The pineapple in one of the bowls tasted like mint. I don’t know if someone chopped some mint on the same cutting board before they cut the pineapple. It also looked like there was not as much of the base mixture, but mostly granola.
