It’s mostly pretty good. It’s a busy location and so it’s always a little slow and the bowls are never made consistently. We ordered online today and one of the bowls was missing the peanut butter drizzle. We didn’t notice till we got the order home. Seems like the location could use another person working probably.

New favorite place to grab lunch. Their smoothie bowls are delicious! It does take a long time since it's freshly made so don't go if you're in a rush. Most times our order is 5-10min after our scheduled pick-up time when placing online. All that said, totally worth the wait 🤤

Roseville Nekter is the best! Great crew, fast and friendly. I can count on them to always make delicious bowls!

I love Nektar! I have you guys a couple times a week and always enjoy it. I only wish the Folsom location made the Acai bowls as well as the Roseville location

I've ordered basically there same thing 6 times in past two weeks and I feel quality is slipping. I order a custom juice with base of cucumber, celery, and green apple, with carrot, beets, kale, parsley, lemon, and ginger, and the last two juices are tasting more and more like just carrot and ginger. Also the color is mostly orange so I don't think there can be much greens in there. For my bowl I start with the acai berry then add vanilla protein and peanut butter, and hold agave, but the past two bowls I believe have had agave, and today's bowl I don't believe had any peanut butter, and of course there's no way to know if the protein I'm paying for is making it into the bowl. Just becoming more skeptical as I notice these other (more verifiable) shortcomings. I hope quality bounces back soon.

We like the quality of the smoothies and bowls. Great alternative to fast food that makes you feel lethargic and yucky afterwards. Very busy during these summer hours, took 30+ minutes for our order for 5 people.

It was very busy and chaotic. My bowl was not the same as the many other times I ordered it.

The quality of the product has been declining lately. We are getting bowls that are not full, additions that are missing, or wrong, etc. We love Nektar but we may not be returning if the quality does not improve.

Spoons were unavailable. Staff proceeded to hand me two açaí bowls with no bag. While I already had coffee cup in hand.

Great people but the wait can be a bit long… I love the freshness so I don’t expect Taco Bell speed but we had to wait about 20-25 minutes for 2 bowls on a day that wasn’t crazy busy. One family was ahead of us and got their stuff after us and two other families that were after them. So maybe some production line work… But quality is great, people are great!

Never have order ready after you order on line and a tip is Automatically added to the price of the bowl that you don’t have for eight dollars Tuesday. What a joke

If I order ahead, I know my bowl is ready on time! Also, watching the prep makes me appreciate the time and effort you guys put on these! Thank you!!

Honestly the people working at the Roseville location have attitudes. It’s unfortunate because I love the bowls.
