The team is always friendly. Plus, when ordering ahead on my way to work, it is extremely helpful to be able to run in and grab what I ordered in less than a minute! Great sense of urgency, great team and great juice/smoothie/snack and bowl options. Thanks for helping me stay on track with my nutrition goals!

My smoothie didn’t taste like it normally does. It was very thick and didn’t have the normal flavor. I didn’t even finish it.

Super rude girl at the register. Bathroom was disgusting and smelled like urine. Smoothie color looked like it must’ve had other fruits in it, but only tasted like unripe banana. Wow. What a rip off. I make waaay better quality smoothies at home. For a fraction of the price. Not impressed.

Coffee Smoothie is not good. The texture is too slimy.

There was no chia jam in the smoothie which is one of the main ingredients and i was only told there was none when handed the smoothie. If I had known I would have ordered something else.

It took over 45 to make my smoothie. Staff claimed to be working alone. When I went to grab my smoothie it was spilled over and some of it covered the receipt. I said something and was give snarky attitude and he did not offer to clean it off so I did. It’s not the customers fault for a busy morning nor should I be given attitude for a smoothie that too to an hour to make
Will not be returning to Rancho location, prefer Fontana

I arrived before 8am and the server, Stephanie, served us with a smile and was very attentive to our preferences. She blended the peanut butter- chocolate smoothie to perfection!
I travel to about 4 different Nektar locations in the Inland Empire and this one by far has the best customer service, has longer hours and does its best to be quick and efficient! ❤️
