I think its amazing that Nekter has their own housemade cashew milk, and its awesome that they use it as their default milk in all the smoothies. It's nice to see more sustainable and plant based options become the norm, and Nekter does a good job of promoting that, which is why I like getting my smoothies and juices at Nekter.

Great and consistent healthy products. I love the health nut smoothie and it’s my regular go to.

I did a mobile order , that was fast but the taste of my drink was way off. The cold brew smoothie is always different when I order it

I was surprised to see our order out on the counter, instead of in the refrigerator, as I’m used to with online orders. And for the price, I wish the smoothies and juices would at least fill the cup. The last couple of times there have been empty space under the lid - at least a 1/2 inch or more.

The employee was kind and made the smoothie to my liking.

I went into Nektar today 8/16/22 after working out with my 13 year old daughter at 8:15 pm. We tried to order bowls but we were told by Victor that they weren’t making bowls. We asked why and if they were closing in the next 10 minutes and he said no. I asked why. He said I don’t know why. He then turned around and asked the girl working with him and she didn’t know what to say. I was very bothered as they were literally closing shop 50 minutes before closing time. I told them that I would complain as I am a regular customer there. They didn’t care. I told them I needed their names so I can complain and they didn’t want to give me their names. But little did Victor know that my receipt had his name on it. I ordered two smoothies bc that is all they could make. Ten people behind me were also going to buy bowls but instead left angry and left your business. I suggest you fire these three employees because they just gave your business bad experiences. I have never ever experienced such insulting customer service.

The speed of service here is the biggest reason I choose other smoothie stores. It’s also over priced. My order was estimated on the app to be completed at one time, when I arrived they told me it hadn’t been started. Tasted good and was accurate.

I placed an online order. I got to the store to pickup. Was not greeted, had to ask for my order, the girl preparing other smoothies asked my name, I tell her and she proceeds to look on the freezer and says it will be a sec. I waited until she finished making two drinks, handed them to the customer who was sitting down, then she goes back to the freezer and hands me my order. This was a 5 min process which was not necessary. What is the point of ordering ahead when I have to wait longer than my guaranteed order time? She could have handed me my bag when she initially asked for my name. Also greet customers who are walking in and waiting in line.

My experience is different every time. I’m not sure if it’s because my drink is not on the menu (greenie made into a smoothie using frozen mangos) or because the associates don’t know how to make it. It’s always 50/50. Sometimes they nail it, other times they don’t and some associates get bothered when asked if they can add more mango to make it into a smoothie. Also, I’m not sure why customers behind me sometimes get their orders first. Is it because their order is faster to make? It seems like they do theirs first then mine.

Bowl and smoothie were amazing. Can definitely taste the quality and the girl who helped me was extremely friendly and nice.
