The best juice I’ve ever had

My friend introduced me to Nekter. Her son introduced her and I have introduced Nekter to my husband and teenage son who is a baseball player. I have always eaten healthy and even so I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease many years ago at 38. I have almost died twice now. Chemo for 5 years damaged my kidneys and now I live with stage 4 kidney disease. My kidneys work only 20%. Nekter juices - the Green Apple Detox and Buzz are my favorites. I like them all. Your juices are my medicine and I live to eat. I visit Nekter 2-3x per week. Nekter is my new Starbucks. My last checkup after drinking Nekter consistently for one month increased my kidney function by 5%. I eat vegan now and I take a lot of meds. I use the detox cleanse to do an overhaul of my health. Sorry. This is long but I want you guys to know you’re doing a good thing here. I wish people took better care of themselves. What I wouldn’t do for a new kidney. Just trying to stay healthy and keep the ones I have. Thank you Nekter. You help me live. XOXO.

It was my first time. So when I got there, they already apologized for a 10mins wait. I understood right away as they were only 2 staff working to all the orders & customers waiting. I believed if they were more than 2 staff, orders would be quicker. But overall, both staff were super great. They’ve got great customer service. And the juice were awesome too. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys for the great experience!

Good service. Only complaint is that prices are quite high for juices. Would appreciate more deals or coupons for repeat customers.

My husband and I are really surprised at how unhappy the workers are here. Like, all of them. Sometimes we come in for a juice, there’s a line out the door, and only one person working and struggling. How is that fair to the employees? We love the food and juices, and go there almost every day (we just moved here), but the way the employees are taken care of concerns us. Please have at least two people working behind the counter and maybe they will smile and have conversations with us as customers. As customers we want to feel welcomed to the community, but it starts with the management of Nekter.

I’m always greeted with a smile and the workers here are always there to help with their expertise about which juices would be best for what I am looking for.

This is my go to location, and has been for years - but the last few visits (with the exception of one) the drinks were inconsistent, the service upon arrival was anything but that - I can be standing there for a few minutes before I am acknowledged for a pick up. I had placed the order at 5:35 pm and arrived at 6:10 pm and it still wasn’t ready - and even then; the drink I got verses what I ordered tasted nothing like it normally does (and I get it every time). Today, I tossed the drink after a sip because it just tasted completely off to me. I think I’m just going to take a pause for a bit and try another juice restaurant.
