They don’t wash the blenders, and my juice always tastes like ginger even though I don’t order ginger. I abhor ginger. So I do not recommend. I asked some friends and they said similar.

I had dental surgery and these juices and smoothies are getting me through. The Buzz is delicious as well as the PB&J. This location here in Rancho Cucamonga never disappoints for great service.

I came to nekter at 8:15 pm the guy said they didn’t sell any juices they clean already the juice machine, but they close at 9pm.

The team is always friendly. Plus, when ordering ahead on my way to work, it is extremely helpful to be able to run in and grab what I ordered in less than a minute! I ordered what I usually order from my local store in Menifee but happened to be in RC and the drink tasted nothing like my usual order... I ordered 3 of the same juice... neither one was what I usually get. I'm not sure if the store was out of ingredients or what happened. They did remake all 3 drinks w.o hesitation but they were still off in flavor.

It said my order would be ready by 11:58am but when I got there I still had to Wait for about 5 min. So it felt like they rushed to make it. Came out like a juice instead of a smoothie

My first time coming to this location. I ordered my juices online. When I went to pick it up, it was in the counter top wasn’t kept in the fridge. From my experience from other Nekter location they always put it in the fridge until it’s picked up. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

I think there should be more options besides just cashew milk based smoothies. I know there’s coconut or orange juice but there should be more options.

Today was a bit disappointing as I ordered from the app as I usually would, when I got there I waited about 20 minutes and noticed multiple people that ordered after me were receiving their orders. I went to the front counter to ask about my order and the girl said that the app wasn’t sending tickets to the store so if someone orders online, they have to go to the front, show the cashier the paid order, and they will manually write the order down and make it??? It was very frustrating as both of the girls working saw me sitting and waiting. You would think to ask if I placed an online order? Or better yet, put up a sign? There was already one sign on the door and another sign on the front counter that said “CASH ONLY” why wouldn’t you put another and clarify this app issue? Instead I wait 30 minutes for one juice.. anyways, once this was cleared the girl proceeded to make my drink.
