I usually don't have any motivation to write a review but that changed suddenly.
Today, was my very first visit to this lovely juice bar! I wasn't sure what to expect, however, my expectations were exceeded. The first thing I always pay attention to is how a staff member treats a customer. Luckily, I came when Brianna was working! She was so friendly! She greeted me as I walked in, she was patient with me as this was my first time, and she kept a beautiful smile on her face! I will most definitely be back just because I can sense compassion within the company! Thank you Nékter for hiring Brianna she is such a lovely person inside and out!
Goodbye Juice it up and hello Nékter!

The juice is great, the wait time, and customer service is mediocre at best. When you're the only person in line and you pay $8.25 for a juice you expect friendly and prompt service. Only one person working when I walked in, she acted like she hated her job, very robotic, no smile, and zero personality. Several people walk in after me same cashier takes their order. Finally, two more people come out of the back and start making the drinks. Two customers get their drinks before I do. After 10 minutes I got up to inquire about my juice, a different girl says they were still working on it. She calls me right back up and hands me my juice. Wait time was ridiculous. Like I said, the product is great, but how about some basic customer service skills?

kevin keyser, we use locally grown produce when available, and although we are not 100% organic, we do get organic produce seasonally. We carry certified organic açaí, pitaya, cacao and hemp seed granola year round! Hope to see you again soon!
