Nice staff; they always have my bowl ready for me.

I came to try the new berry summer smoothie bowl. I enjoyed it and it tasted great however due to me mobile ordering when I picked up I personally believe the waffles should be given separately so the customer can enjoy without the risk of them being soggy. However, the bowl was great and my order was ready before my estimated time! :)

They missed adding acai to my PB Health Nut, which was requested and paid for.

Bowl was delicate and pick up was seamless.

It’s adequate, I feel like customer service these days for everyone is hard . Feedback I have is when my bowls don’t always taste good the staff doesn’t try to fix it and always says the same two things; “ it’s not meant to be enjoyed after 10 minutes if the bowl is watery or we can’t refund because a manager is not working”

Staffing is attentive and respectful! I enjoy grabbing a quick smoothie or açaí bowl!

Staff is great. I do not like though Popeye Açaí is no longer on your menu/or offered. I would buy more often if that was the case. Other locations I go to in High Desert still offer it.

I love Nekter. One suggestion: ordering Peanut Butter bowl does not give option to add Blue Vanilla Cashew drizzle. How do add the drizzle to the PB bowl?

Fantastic. The guy (didn’t get his name) that made the bowl and helped me out was great. The bowl it self was really good. And he was super friendly when I had to go back in with my little one to use the restroom. First time seeing him at this location. My visit was on 8/2/25 and I picked up my order around 2pm so whomever that was working at that time had great vibes.

The fact that I have to do this to get a response is horrific. I visited this place almost FOUR weeks ago and paid way too much for what quality I received, so I called…no answer. I then went to the corporate website and after 4 submissions and 8 emails and three weeks I finally get a response that the manager of that location and the owner will be notified and I will be contacted. Well another 6 days has past and I even left my number with a promise that the manager would get back to me. Yesterday, the did not answer again and I got a voice mail so I left one for a phone call by the owner…..NOTHING! I would have been happy with a redo of my Açaí Bowl, but now I want my money back and I will never ever endorse this company and for sure this location. You should not give this guy your hard earned money

Great service and great food. Never disappoints. My kids love the bowls here. It’s becoming part of our Sunday routine.

The experience was good. The way they changed the peanut butter and almond butter bowls we weren't so happy about. Before the butters were mixed in the acai berry mix but now is used as a topping and separate. We liked it better when they were mixed. For some reason it made us feel like the acai was sweeter and no longer enjoyed it as we did in the past. Probably won't be ordering as often. Thanks
