Placed my order through the app. Spoke to the rep and mentioned my order they had to go through the system and find it and start making my 3 acai bowls. Had to wait for 10 minutes for the guys to make each bowl. They were very apologetic for the long wait.

We ordered 4 bowls. My husband went to pick them up. When he got home only 2 were right. We didn't go back cause that's an inconvenience. It would of been nice to eat what we actually ordered.

Unfortunally, the girl that took care of my order was not very nice. I told her that my order was wrong because it had banana inside and she said that I needed to specify that in the order, however, I told her, the app did not offer a choice for NO banana inside, it only offered it for NO banana on top. You can verify this by selecting an Almond butter bowl, then you'll see there is no such an option. She redid my bowl, but took all my points from my app, which is not nice at all.

I ordered online and it was super simple to do so. However, one of my items (Peanut Butter Acai bowl) did not have any peanut butter in it. I didn't have time to bring it back due to an appointment, but was disappointed that it wasn't double checked.

We love Nekter and the healthiness of the products. However, an equivalent order at Juice it Up was $3 cheaper and provided a larger quantity in their açaí berry bowl. I ordered Nekter’s version (a) for the detoxifier ingredient variation and (b) for the option to split. But even with the split (which used to be $1.50), cents e got less than we would at Juice-it-up. I get that this economy ***** and inflation is real. But ultimately the cost and quantity - especially in this economy - will drive the consumer to a better value …
