It was easy to order on the app and pick up in store. My açaí bowl was ready when I got into the store. I like the taste of the açaí bowl in this store better. I’ve ordered one in Glendora and the bowl tasted like there was mud ground into the bowl. It tasted earthy. The bowls in the Rancho store has always been good.

Unfortunately this is the second time I ordered an almond butter bowl but didn't get any almond butter in it. Otherwise I love nekter.

My order was NOT correct. I did not want granola on top, I wanted it on the side. But it was on top. I also ordered apples on top and paid extra for them. They were not on my bowls. Not too happy about paying for something and not receiving it. Granola was soggy.

I ordered online, my order was to be ready at 2:23, I arrived at the store around 2:26, my order wasn’t ready. I had to get the attention of one of the employees, then he made my order which was the Açaí bowl. The bowl wasn’t full, no agave on top , & I paid extra for peanut butter drizzle which I didn’t get.

My bowls were half full. Not happy. I’m taking pictures. Let me know where to send them. And, as usual, I had to ask for my ginger shot because it was not in the bag. They handed me the bag and said thank you. Have a good day and then I looked inside and saw that my shot was not in there. This happens a lot.
