The fruit in both of my bowls was old and bad.

Perfect experience! No complaints. The bowls were yummy!!

Shut the lights off on us while still in there at 830 when they close at 9. This is the second time they did that and refuse to make juices and bowls.

Always love coming to Nekter for a fresh smoothie or bowl, I order in the app so my order is ready to go when I arrive In a bag, what could be better?

I actually did an online order and the last time I went into your store to purchase. My bowl was perfect this time it was very limited on there, Apple. There’s little four slices one little strawberry banana was a decent makes me wonder what else is really put into my bowl when not being physically there.

My bowl was great and the guy that served me was super friendly and had my mobile order all ready to go!

PB&J bowl was not very good tonight. Chia pudding was thick and clumpy. Was not happy with my purchase

This place hires the rudest people on the planet. It’s almost like you are inconveniencing them to place an order for you. The consistency on the bowls is just not there. They are super cheap on their portions and sometimes I get half a bowl and then they want to up charge you if you ask for anything more. The bowls should not be halfway full. The açaí is also soup consistency. I don’t know what happen within the last few months but it’s making me think I need to find a new spot because spending 14 dollars on a bowl to have horrible service and very little ingredients just ain’t cutting it.

I called three times for a special order that the app did not permit me to make. Eventually I made my order and called again to get the specific details added to my order. Specially- I wanted to add açaí to the PB smoothie with light agave. Thx

I eat Nekter a lot. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me. I needed my bowl done at a certain time because I had somewhere to be. I went to pick it up in the store. Says their printer was down and they’re not receiving any orders, then they asked me to show proof of my order, and I had to wait while they made it. It was super unprofessional, ALWAYS an issue here.

Was good, just received an extra bowl that we were unsure of and one of our PB bowls was ordered with Coconut water, but they all came with coconut water. We survived...lol. Otherwise, all was good.

The bowls are too liquidy. They need to be more frozen and solid like a real Açaí Bowl, idk why they are making them with the consistency of a smoothie that’s why I stopped going there and I see that hasn’t changed

I’m not sure what is going on with Nékter! This use to be my go to for lunch and now it is a watered-down over agaved slop. Prior to that the bowls began to be shorted!!!! They really need to return to the Nekter they started out as!!!)

My Acia bowl was great!
