My Mango acai bowl had no Mango in it. They substituted with pineapple so I was disappointed.

It took forever and my order was not accurate I was missing the açaí I paid for

Once I got home my bowl was half full and it had no taste to it. This is the second time I received an Acai bowl that was half full from this location. I think for the amount of money the bowls cost they should be completely full.

I order this same item frequently. When I got home, I was surprised at the amount of acai in the bowl. It was pretty low. In other words, the cup was filled a lot less than usual.

Well the workers are always very nice. This time around, I did not receive my coconut flakes on top, which I wouldn’t have a problem with, but I paid extra for them. And if they forgot my coconut flakes, I’m betting they forgot the immunity boots I had for my two bowls. So that’s money wasted.

My bowl was extra delicious today!

Love the Acai berry banana bowl and just tried the vanilla whey protein powder, so good.

The 2 watery and still frozen acai bowls didn’t taste good at all. While the service was good the ability to make decent bowls was severely lacking. For the amount a money you spend it was rip off

On this visit I got a bowl and they barely gave me açaí in the bowl! It was half filled. I don’t pay. All this money for a bowl to barely get one!

I am a regular and always love what I get. Today, the ingredients in the bowl were not mixed well. There was a large disc of ice, probably a frozen ingredient that was not blended in.

I am a frequent buyer of the açaí bowls… the service at the Rancho Cucamonga Store is great. I live closer to the Upland store in the Colonies shopping center- and do all my shopping there. I have given you feedback about that store previously - which was unsatisfactory- you gave me a free item - I tried there again- and used the free item a while back - still not happy with service / thought it was perhaps because it was a free item.. so have it another try last night - went in at 7:40 pm - 2 customers in the lobby and the employee yelled from the back counter- WERE CLOSED to me… even then other customers said to me… I thought you closed at 8:00 i- in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I will not return to this location. Please do not send me a free item- that is not the purpose of this review. I will continue to happily give my business to Rancho Cucamonga happily. Apparently my previous review of how poorly I was treated last time did nothing to this locations employees - maybe the daytime shifts are nicer. Again- do not send a complimentary item- I don’t need that nor want that- I just want you to realize nothing has changed at that store.
