I ordered a mango bowl and was given pineapple instead. My daughter who I ordered the bowl for does not like pineapple. Please let me know if you need to substitute a fruit next time.

Bowl and smoothie were amazing. Can definitely taste the quality and the girl who helped me was extremely friendly and nice.

To be honest every time I go into the Rancho Cucamonga store employees are always having personal conversations and tend to ignore customers. I always order the same protein power bowl and the its not always made the same.

very good! The dragon bowl is very tasty and my mom and I enjoyed it. Was a little expensive but was really good overall.

Good service. Just my two bowls weren’t perfect like usual. Watermelon bowl was only about 3/4 full and my Açaí bowl pineapple chunks were the core of pineapple. Very tough to chew.

The bowls are getting smaller and smaller, meaning you guys aren’t filling them to the top anymore.

Nekter in itself is a great place to get bowls and juices. However; the Rancho Cucamonga location Ive ordered from is terribly. Every bowl I order is missing ingredients or something I’ve paid extra for. The inconsistency is ridiculous and I won’t be ordering again. Every time I try to contact them, no one ever answers or returns a call. Im deeply disappointed.

I always get the same bowl, and it is inconsistent. One day they put coconut shavings and agave and the next day they don’t.

The açaí was watered down, likely too much ice was added. The flavor of the açaí was also bland, due to being too diluted. I have been giving Nekter the benefit of the doubt do to the convenient location to where we shop. But that time has come to an end. I will be searching for a different place to get an açaí bowl in the future. Even if it means Lara’s convenience.

Customer service was great, my açaí bowl was fantastic and they were busy and had my bowl made in a timely matter!

Customer service was ok but my açaí bowl was so watery it felt like I was eating cold soup. Today was a definite miss.

It was the worst I have ever seen. I ordered a bowl to be ready by 2pm and didn’t receive the bowl until 2:20pm and there was another lady in there upset who had been there for 20minutes waiting for her order as well.

1st time ordering online & will do it again to avoid the line but other then that was fast & my bowl was so good !

Very convenient. However, order was not correct. When got home, did not get superfoods, protein powder, peanut butter(pd extra for these items), and one bowl was missing half the fruit. Obviously wasn't my order. Not happy about that!

We ordered 4 bowls, my husbands almond butter bowl was less full than the rest, I mean about half full. We didn’t think that was acceptable. We didn’t say anything about it, but here I am. When we spend $40 on something we do at home for a fraction of the cost we expect it to be worth while. Thank you for listening.
