I noticed that the cups were not being filled up all the way and my drink wasn’t either and this has happened to me before at this location and when I said something about it the employee tried arguing with me. I regret giving this location another chance and I since ordered my own protein powder so I do not have to order smoothies anymore especially at this location because I should not have to deal with such bad customer service and I should be able to get what I paid for without them trying to argue with me and without such an attitude.

My smoothie was delicious! Most importantly it was ready when I arrived at the store. Online ordering is quick & efficient.

Smoothie was thin and watery. It could have been thicker. I didn’t like it and didn’t finish drinking it.

I love Nekter. It's my go-to for a fresh healthy snack....always. But today, I was actually a little disappointed. I wanted to try the new 'shakes' but the ingredients were not online, so I had to order in-person seperate from my original online order. Then, I thought I could use my rewards for my free smoothie to try...but because it was considered a 'shake', I could not. And still increasing my disappointment, the 'shake' which I could only order in a small, was 9.95 ! It was good, but not worth that much for that size. Besides today, I always enjoy my Nekter...

The cashier didn't realize I had ordered popcorn, so I almost left without it. And then my popcorn spilled because there was a hole at the bottom, popcorn was stale :( but my mango smoothie was amazing!!! I am obsessed.

Before I could place my card back into my purse, My PB&J Smoothie was presented. Now thats service Thank you Nekter.

It was fine, my smoothie order was good, just employees don’t say anything makes atmosphere awkward.

Always love coming to Nekter for a fresh smoothie or bowl, I order in the app so my order is ready to go when I arrive In a bag, what could be better?

I was sad to notice that my smoothie was not made to order, just poured out of an already premade mix. This made the smoothie very watery and they didn’t even add strawberry jam to the bottom of the cup. Very disappointing because I always order the PB&J and never had this experience at my other location.
