Good experience my smoothie was ready upon my arrival as requested. Only thing is I requested and paid for extra cocoa nibs which I don't feel I received I didn't really taste any in the smoothie

Ok, don’t get me wrong. The smoothies and juices are great.. but, if we are talking about overall experience. Well let me just say “Sorry to bother you..” is what it felt like. It was almost as if I was an inconvenience in that moment and I felt like I was bothering them ordering a smoothie even though I’m paying for it. Just felt weird and unwelcoming. Will not be visiting this location anytime soon. Enter at your own risk.

I called three times for a special order that the app did not permit me to make. Eventually I made my order and called again to get the specific details added to my order. Specially- I wanted to add açaí to the PB smoothie with light agave.

It was a quick and easy experience, I used the nekter app to order my smoothie and within minutes it was ready for me to pick up. The smoothie was delicious :)

We placed the order online through the app but when we went to pick up, they told me they did not receive the order. The employee commented to another employee that the online orders had not been coming through and they had been experiencing the same issue lately. They were apologetic and quickly made my smoothie but it was still inconvenient that I ordered ahead and still had to wait.

The bowls are too liquidy. They need to be more frozen and solid like a real Açaí Bowl, idk why they are making them with the consistency of a smoothie that’s why I stopped going there and I see that hasn’t changed
