The smoothie in itself was not mixed well at all. I asked for Greek yogurt and the yogurt was literally sitting at the bottom of the cup. My first sip was all yogurt

If you don't have something available it should be removed from the online options. I ordered gut health drinks only to find out they were out. Not to mention it doesn't show in the app if we get money back on an item. I spent 24 bucks on two drinks and redeemed a free smoothie in app and only got the smoothie and I still paid 24 bucks.

It looks like only 1 person was working. The counter was dirty with spilled smoothies. She was doing her best but she looked like she needed help keeping up with things.
