Usually my experience is always good. I see different employees there almost every single time, so quality of customer service and attention does vary, but overall it’s good.

We order from you all the time and sometimes mistakes happen. I had oral surgery yesterday and I'm on a liquid diet for 3 days. We received everything but my juice. I didnt pick up someone else from my office did and she didnt realize she was missing mine. Tried calling cant get anyone on the phone. I still want it because it is all i can "eat" today. You guys are ALWAYS great that is why the 10's above. This doesnt change us ordering several times a week :) Thank you for the continued awesome service!!!

This Nekter is the worst ever! It is always a complete mess in the store and they never have any cleanses prepared. So frustrating!!!
I was very satisfied with my experience. I typically order from the app, and have had no problems with the ordering process. Also, my order has been ready by the designated time.
