Everything’s usually great but the bowl was made incorrectly this time. I couldn’t eat it, there were so many cacao nibs blended into the base it wasn’t edible. Tasted very gritty unfortunately.

$14 for an acai bowl that only filled half the bowl. I’ve been to other near locations where the bowl is filled to the top. Would not recommend this location.

Come here often. Continuity and consistency of product not great. Superbowl green chunks one time, orher times well ground, cashew milk great blue then watery white. Presentation good. Amount good. Acai sometimes varies as well. Still love it just fyi

The strawberry shortcake bowl is delicious! The customer service was amazing. Great service and food!

Staff was great. A little disappointed in my bowl however. Was very berry tasting and not much peanut butter or granola.

We buy smoothies and bowls at a few of your stores near our home and office. The smoothies that we ordered at the Aliso Viejo store on Saturday was thin and had ice chips in it. Very disappointing

Online orders are good and fast but when you walk in store the bowls take slightly longer like normal. You guys should have more coupons and deals more often like free topping tuesday or something like that. Thanks for the email Sydney

The guy that was working at the counter is always friendly, professional and courteous. I am glad to see him working on the mornings I come in to get my post-workout bowl.

Glad quality has improved. And portions are reasonable. Came here a few years ago and they gave me little to no açaí and I was left bewildered. Stopped coming here for a while and would made the drive to Laguna to get some açaí. Especially since it’s not cheap, you know? Glad my sister gave yall a chance and once I saw her decent portion I was intrigued to give it a shot again. Glad I wasn’t disappointed. Come here too often now 1-2 times a week more if I can lol.

I ordered two PB bowls and didn’t receive the peanut butter drizzle on top of them but the description says that they come with peanut butter drizzle.
