Didn’t like their açaí base, too liquidy. Fruit toppings were scarce. Asked for less granola and for 1/3 of the bowl with gronala

I ordered 3 bowls. Received two bowls correct but one was 1/2 the amount as the other and then one bowl was completely wrong.

The bowl arrived as soup. Yuck. App wouldn’t let us order prior to the store opening which is annoying.

The service was great and the ambience was great however, 2/3 of the items I ordered were unsatisfactory. The AB health nut smoothie was not blended well so chunks of nuts can be seen and get stuck in my straw. The smoothie was super sweet with Agave. Also in my chocolate bowl, the granola was quite stale and the açaí was pretty flavorless. Could barely taste the chocolate and the stale granola really over powered the taste. My mom’s peanut butter bowl was good she liked hers. Overall, I’ve never had this bad of an experience with the products and am quite displeased as I mobile ordered. I may order again in the future but maybe in person so I can see the product before leaving the store.

I come back consistently for the products, not the service. I always have to greet and say I have an order. I give my name. Order is handed to me and I leave. Transactional experience. Usually in and out in 1-2 mins. But, I love the juices and açaí bowls which is why I come back.

The blend of both bowls were more on liquidy side and didn’t taste as good compared to other times we’ve gotten these.The PB&J bowl didn’t taste like it had the vanilla protein I added in the order and the chocolate flavor of the chocolate bowl wasn’t as rich as it usually is.

I tried to order 2 smoothies and a bowl at approximately 5:25 pm on Sunday, October 6, 2024. When I submitted the order it said it could not go through because it is too close to closing time (which was 6pm). 35 minutes does not seem to close for closing time. I was in the same shopping complex, so I went there to order in person instead.
After ordering they did not ask me about rewards, so I forgot to ask them to scan the app as I normally order through the app. I paid with apple pay and was not given a receipt. Now I realized I cannot add it to my account for the rewards points because I do not have a copy of the receipt. I found this experience to be frustrating.

Our family loves the choices that we get at nekter. From the smoothies to the scoop, it gives us all the options to have a healthy snack.
My favorite is the the Açaí peanut butter bowl, which is what i happen to get during this visit. My son got the dragon fruit bowl and it was a delightful snack.
We had just both finished our soccer games and the protein and fruit made a great recover snack to get us to the last event of the day.
The only thing that was not “perfect” is that the order was placed well before hand and we arrived 10mins past the per order time but our order was not ready yet.
We love the Aliso Nekter and visit normally once a week are excited to now have the app to use to get rewards.
