I paid for adding pineapple to the orders but there was no pineapple in the bowl, disappointing.

The bowls are good. But it just takes forever. I’ve stopped going for Awhile and thought I’d retry today. But same issue. I placed order online. Went to pick up at the time they said it would be ready and it’s not ready. So I had to leave to go pick up my child. They should just make the pick up time 30 Minutes if it really takes that long.

The service by the staff was great. She was very helpful and friendly. The quality of the bowl is okay. I feel that Nekter has decreased its portion size significantly and the ingredients don't taste as good/fresh (albeit they are frozen fruits anyway). The almond butter was very plain. I don't think I'll order again.

I went here with my kids, and they loved it. They both got the acai mango bowl, and oh boy, they liked it. I got the acai dragon fruit bowl, and I loved it. I suggest going to this place when you are in need of a smoothie,acai bowl, or before a game.

I had a great experience, I always love ordering from the store or even doing an online order and the fruit has always been fresh and smoothies and bowls have always tasted so good.

The açaí bowl was delicious and the employees were friendly and welcoming! My bowl was done FAST and it had beautiful presentation too.

I felt that the acaibowl was very small today compared to other times. I asked but was told it was normal size...

I'm using the app now and it's great awesome. I started eating the peanut butter fruit bowls tasty as heck. Thank nectar for the year of health yummy!

The Acai bowl I received today, didn't taste like the ones I usually get. It was very watered down. I could tell in the taste and how thin it was. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend it.

I asked for a pickup at 12:45 and arrived late at 12:55 - my issue is the açaí bowl - the clerk knew immediately that the fruit had all fallen into the açaí - he said he would remake it but I was in a time crunch and I was the one who arrived late. In retrospect, once I started eating the açaí bowl, it was basically soup - the açaí was drinkable. To me that means it was most likely left out after it was made and not placed in the refrigerator. I ordered at about 45 min before the pickup time. Maybe that was the real issue as it was made to early? Either way not happy and the amount of fruit was minimal. This is my first time at this store since the Mission Viejo store is currently closed. I have not had this issue before. The clerk did seem to have a lot of orders and to be alone in the store which might have also contributed to the situation. Hope this makes sense and I’ll try again.

I've had EXCELLENT experiences at the AV and SC locations! Bowls presented beautifully - & timely. Staff is friendly. The bowls aren't cheap, but my experiences have been so great that I'm making sacrifices in other areas so I can include a protein bowl every now and then.
