Actually I’m disappointed by my pb bowl. I should have asked for a straw vs a spoon. It was like “eating” a bowl of soup. I had ordered peanut butter inside and that didn’t happen. Lastly, it was meager compared to what I typically am given at your Aliso Creek store. Barely 1/2 of the containers.

I walked in, was greeted and as soon as one of the employees had completed an order, I was instantly give my pre-ordered açaí bowl….which was delicious! :)

Great! You are right next door to Earth Bowl and think Nektar is better quality!

Paid $12 for half of my bowl to be a giant, hard lump of some sort of unidentifiable brown substance. I was trying to figure out what it is but it’s as hard as a rock so I couldn’t even get my spoon into it to see. Not sure if this is some sort of joke? Disappointed and really concerned for the health and safety of other customers.

Entering in the Aliso Viejo Nekter store is always a good experience. There is always a friendly vibe and the staff is efficient and kind! Great bowls, too.

I regularly order at Aliso Viejo. Today, as the las few times, my online order hadn’t been started when I came in at pick up time. I use the app so that I can walk in and instantly grab my order. This time at least I was actually addressed and told it would be a few minutes. A man came in AFTER this, ordered in the moment and was served before me because they “knew he was in a hurry”. Excuse me? Whole point of using the app! Got my bowl 15 minutes after that while two other ladies who were there before I even arrived sat still empty handed. There were 4 workers!!! Oh, and I was late for my meeting. Love Nektar and up until the last few visits found the AV site to be punctual and friendly.

You forget the peanut butter on my bowl half the time. I always have to check because I'm sad if that's left off. Online order through Google is very efficient. I definitely order more often especially during the work week because it is quick and efficient. Your price increases are noticeable.

25 min. only one in the store to make 2 bowls. Incredibly slow establishment. I never write reviews but this was ridiculous.

Amazing juice and bowl!! I wish it was not so expensive to order juices at Nektar. I really like it, but I cant afford it more than once a month. I am referring friends to the Nektar app too.
