I will only recommend the mission viejo location, they have the perfect texture and amount, the aliso viejo one is an absolute no for me, they don’t know how to do acai bowls.. that’s a juice with toppings

I ordered two bowls through the app and tried to use the buy one get one 50% off reward and it wouldn’t let me. Don’t know why as I was purchasing two bowls, but I should’ve received one for half price and I did not.

I had a catering order for 11 bowls for pickup right when they opened. They had the bowls ready and it was an easy in and out which was perfect. Will remember this place the next time I order breakfast for my office.

The quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it is very good and other times the ingredient ratios are off. Often times, I believe entire ingredients are left out of an item. This last visit, and in the past, it seems they forgot to add whey protein to my power protein bowl.

Twice recently, when I went to pick up my order the store employee told me it had not been received. I showed my email confirming my order and the employee prepared the order from my email. The employees in both instances were great; obviously the system needs a band aid. By the way: loved the new chocolate bowl.

The bowls were not mixed well and no banana was on top. You could see patches of white cashew milk not mixed. If I knew they were out of banana I would Have added another topping. Also I ordered 3 bowls, one with gluten free granola and none of them were labeled.

Everything was great. The açaí bowls and juice was ready quicker than anticipated.
