everything was great with the exception of pineapple that was missing from the bowl.

My bowl was only about 2/3 full. I think there should have been more acai mix.

I have been a Nekter customer for years. The quality of juices, smoothies, and bowls are superior to other juice bars.

I ordered a bowl on Wednesday with vanilla chia seed pudding and they didn’t have pudding. I was charged but didn’t get what I paid for.

We go to Nekter for smoothie bowls all the time but the last few months the quality has gone down. The smoothie bowl portion is not thick at all and ingredients have been missing. This last time my bowl was missing granola. Not sure what's happening with this location but it has not been up to par with other locations.

Glad to say, our items were ready on time after ordering w/the ap. The staff was nice and hard at work. The quality of our bowls as lacking - both of our bowls were very liquid-like. The bowls are costly, and we would like to get our money's worth.

My Almond Butter Bowls didn’t have any almond butter in them.

I was greeted upon arrival and my online order was ready right when I walked in. Great customer service and the juice and acai bowl tasted great.

Workers were nice and fast. However both items I ordered, which are items I have ordered many times from many locations, did not taste like they usually did. Açaí bowl was bland, flavorless, and missing what tasted like the protein. Juice tasted like it was missing any citrus too.

Good options on the menu. Very good. The Popeyes Acai smoothie tastes very rich and delicious.

No issues. Acai bowl and smoothie were made fast and were delicious.

The bowls were texture of a juice.. there was no thickness or frozen texture. Also the bowl was not as full as i have experienced in other nekters. There was about an inch of room at the top.
