Friendly staff and great service combined with delicious smoothies and power bowls. The place is pretty clean most of the time and the feel of the place is good.

This isn't feedback about your employees or store per se, it's about one of your new products -- the cold brew chai latte. I was very excited to try this since I love coffee, chai and your cashew milk-based "to-go's". I fell in love with the cashew/almond milk protein drinks (#6 in the cleanses). I was so disappointed with this newest one, I am having a hard time drinking it. I purchased it on Thursday 11/10 and can only take sips at a time because it is far too sweet, too much coffee, not enough chai, and finishes with an unpleasant aftertaste. As of 11/13 there is still over half a bottle remaining and that's after I added some of it to a cup of cold coffee.

Great place and location. Though mostly in a rush with being busy I feel the staff is always helpful and polite. The portion in the acai bowl is plenty. I love ordering through the app also to run in and grab it. All healthy choices and the store is always kept clean. This is my go-to place being new to CA.

I'd really like to be able to use my gift card on the app so that I can pre order my juice and pay with the gift card I recieved. Especially since you don't take phone calls
I like Nekter Juice, and this location is just ok. The staff are not as friendly as some other Nekter I've been to. The juice and smoothie are usually pretty good. But one time I got a smoothie that still had chucks of vegetables in there so it wasn't smooth at all. Acai bowl is yummy, but the portion size is pretty small comparing to some other acai bowl places.
