I chose ASAP and was in a massive hurry. My drink wasn’t ready when I got there and wasn’t even started until after the the ASAP quoted time window was over. It took them 20 minutes to start making my order.

I order smoothies from Nektar about 2x a month. This last order was awful. This berry banana smoothie was picked up within 15 minutes and it was the consistency of juice. I almost returned it, but was in a hurry.

While I LOVE the product it always takes so long to get it. I always have to wait 5 to 15 minutes even if I order in advance. One time it took 30 minutes to get two bowls.
