I’ve never been to Nekter until a couple days ago, i went to a different location but the person that took our order did not seem to happy to be there but the smoothies were great. so i gave it another shot. I went into this location this morning and was greeted with smiles and excitement. Smoothies were really good but the good customer service is what makes it even better!! Thank you <3

On the day I picked up my pre-order, the staff had handled a misguided customer trying to buy ice cream from them (nekter doesn't sell that - they were looking for an out-of-business shop) and they were kind, considerate, and even helped the person find a new place for ice cream. Good service like that is hard to find! My order? It was ready right away and they were just as kind and considerate (and quick!) to get my order to me. Thank you! Keep up the good character :)

I think your prices are high, even with the rewards. I also wish Aliso Viejo's Nekter would bring back the coconut yogurt. Other Nekters still offer it and I love it. Customer service is always great, and I love ordering on my mobile app and having it ready when I get there!

It was my first visit this past Saturday, October 11. Arrived at 11:11 AM because I heard there was some kind of raffle. It was pretty crowded, however your staff was very friendly and professional. In fact, I submitted a mobile order and I made a mistake and thought I ordered two smoothies and only ordered one & your gal behind the counter counter was very understanding

Not great, this is the second time that I’ve ordered from this location and both times the order has been incorrect. The protein bowl I ordered was missing the peanut butter.
