Extremely disappointed with this place.
The service was unbelievably slow — I waited over 40 minutes for just two cups of orange juice. That is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, I wasn’t even allowed to cancel my order after waiting that long. There was only one person handling orders, which clearly shows poor management and lack of proper staffing.
This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be coming back.

This is about the app. I had a free birthday shot, and when I went to redeem it had the tip automatically set. I thought I put it to custom/$0 but it still showed a small amount. I thought it was the tax so I input a new credit card to pay. However after I placed the order, I realized it was because the tip didn’t change to $0.
