I purchased a smoothie on March 14th, and there was a piece of plastic in it. I alerted the associate at the counter and he promptly gave me a new smoothie. He did mention that there is no plastic in the process so there isn’t a good explanation for the occurrence. I will still visit this location and appreciate the service but I also advise a review of procedures.

Was not acknowledged at all, waited over 5 mins and then tried to get someone’s attention. Both avoided assisting me until someone finally did reluctantly

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but for improvement:
The staff could be more attentive, especially by being present at the cashier sooner and acknowledging customers when they arrive.
Also, the juice (carrot and orange) tasted like ginger, which suggests the machine may not have been properly cleaned.
