Fake Reviews. I don’t understand why it takes so long to put fruit in a bowl. Whoever runs this business is doing a terrible job. I got tired of waiting and left. They can keep my $12 for an açaí bowl. I’ll never come back.

It’s 10:29 and my order was suppose to be ready at 10:02. You should have given us better time to pick up.

I placed an order online and it said my order would be ready in 15 mins. I got to the store at exactly 15 mins and it seemed like my bowls were ready WAY before that. Because my bowls were like soup. The consistency of water. My granola was soggy. I don’t think they put the bowls into the freezer. It was not a good bowl. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I ordered the 16 oz and it was only filled half way and rest were bubbles. I even checked with the store personnel but they said that’s how it is. I have been drinking the juice in Nekter for more than 2 years. This is the first time I had only half juice served
