I have a couple of issues with your mobile app. First, I often times have difficulty paying with my saved debit card. I usually get a message stating something to the effect of, "Invalid Payment". So I have to delete my card and re-enter it before I can complete my mobile order.
The other thing I would like to see is for the option for "Light Ginger" on your juices. My wife loves your Toxin flushes but the regular ginger is a little too strong for her. So she cannot use the mobile app to order her drinks.

quality of drinks and food is always great and that’s what has kept me coming back so far but customer service needs some serious improvement. yesterday i was asked “do you have an online” i was like unsure for a sec and the person asked me again and i was like oh yes, she got my order out of the fridge and just dropped it on the counter without another word, let alone any smiles at all. it was definitely a bad experience when it comes to service. i have yet to encounter someone with good service there. i have also recently joined the rewards program but never was i informed about it once, not sure if that was something they should talk to customers about. according to the app, i had to wait 20 min for my drink and i went into the store 5 min before the time indicated on the app - it was already ready but app still showed in progress. dont know if there’s a button they needed to press at the store? but a notification would be nice esp if it was done earlier?

It was great! I ordered on the mobile app so I could pick it up before work, I should have gotten the gentlemen’s name that helped me but I didn’t :/ he was nice, funny and fast with my order, got it correct and I was out the door! I will be returning and ordering off the app again
