order placed at 12 noon for a 1225 pick up. husband arrived at the store at 1220. item was not ready until 1pm. upon bringing the item back home, we realized that it was not what i ordered (i asked for extra banana and agave on top and there were no bananas or agave at all). didn’t have time to return to the store to let them know about the mistaken order. called the store instead and nick picked up. informed him of the order error. he apologized and admitted to the error. he provided compensation. excellent customer service to correct a mistaken order. however could still work on speed of service.

The maintenance man that came out was very nice and when he was unable to fix my sink, he called a plumber. The plumber came within an hour and it was on a Sunday.
