Ordered on the phone while I was at the gym. About 7-8 mins later I showed up to pick up. Quick hi by the staff but no eye contact from anyone and everyone was doing something other than making juice. I have them my name and they said they could not find my order, I pointed to the printer and asked if that was mine, they said yes and said they only just got it. Had to wait another 5-6 mins. The team appeared unmanaged, disinterested.

I’m a repeat customer and have referred family/friends here. Today I ordered the peanut butter bowl ahead and picked up to go after a workout. There wasn’t any peanut butter in it. I’m not sure how it happened and I’ll make sure to check before leaving in the future, but it made for a disappointing visit to Nekter.

The two guys working were so nice and friendly in the morning! I do think they need an extra person working though since the speed was a bit slow but I’m patient so it’s okay :) However I know a lot of people are not as patient so I think an extra person for the busy mornings would do them some good!

I use my app to order quite a bit. This particular location always takes longer to get my order than the time said it would be ready. The app said 20 minutes. It was longer than 30. Also the portion was very poor. Not worth the price I paid. This location is by my work. The location close to home always has my order ready by the time the app states. The staff is friendly but either you are understaffed or undertrained. I have waited at your location on multiple trips. Not likely to go back soon.

I love the taste of the juices, but this time it took WAY too long. Actually ridiculous. I Mobile ordered and it said it would be ready by 10:20 am. I ordered this at 10 am. I get there and it takes an extra 10 min to finish it all up. Which made me late to work. And worse off no one apologized
