The service has really improved lately! My family and I started visiting this location when it first opened but we had frequent mistakes with our orders. I'm happy to say that has changed over the past few visits and we've been really happy with our orders. This location is so convenient for us and is also very welcoming with attractive decor and super clean eating areas. Keep up the good work!

App malfunctioned. Ordered a smoothie, went in to pick it up, no record of the order. Told the employee what I had ordered and they made it then but made the wrong smoothie. I just took it, I was in a hurry (the reason I had used the app in the first place).

Im a regular at Nekter and always get the Peanut Butter Bowl. This time the amount of product in the bowl was significantly less than normal. Ive noticed that the amount of product given at this location varies significantly from order to order. Not sure why that is? But for over $8/bowl, I'd hope that the bowl was filled every-time. Feels like im getting gipped sometimes.
