It was clear the staff was overwhelmed with the volume of customers, and even though I made an online order it took a long time to be acknowledged at the pick up counter, and get my order. Could be much more professional.

I had a problem with the bowl I received for my pickup order and when I said I wasn't happy they made me a new one. I am very thankful for that and the staff was very kind to me, apologizing for the inconvenience and re-making my bowl right away. I appreciate that.

Food was good, like always. Picking up was quicker than ever but the cashier/worker seemed very unengaged. He pretty much gave me the bowl and that was it. He didn’t seem friendly, but he was not rude or disrespectful.
