Normally, the service is great at this location. However, this time I walked up to Nekter as an employee was walking out, and instead of holding onto the door until I grabbed it, she just let the door close. Not a big deal, but it just shows a lack of consideration. Then I walked up to the counter, and the employee behind the counter was just walking out from the back. She looked at me, then just went to her work station as though I wasn't there. I said "hello" and so she so walked over and said "yes?" (with no smile) and told her I placed an online order. She grabbed the drinks and handed them to me. They were identical drinks, but one had protein and one didn't. I asked which was which. So she walked away to find out. She had to ask 2 different people to find the answer. She found the answer and blankly answered me. I've been served by this particular employee before and been left wanting more. Frankly, she never smiles at customers, isn't attempting to be friendly and I always feel like I'm a burden to her. Every other employee asks "can I get you anything else?" before walking away and this employee never does that. Her lack of friendliness stands here.

I ordered on line, and when i arrived after it was suppose to be ready, they were clue less. I had to pull up the order on my phone and show them. Also, received promo for buy a scoop get one free, and the girl said it was only available to the first 50 people.

Ordered ahead due to time restrictions - asked for a specific time which was 30 min prior to my arrival - I arrived on time to pick up and I had to wait an additional 14 min past the time I requested - not good - obviously they did not tend to my order when it was received- again not good !
PS...It actually still wasn’t ready to serve / not frozen at all !

This açaí bowl tasted watered down and runny...I get these all the time at different Nektar locations ... and the cup was barely half full. Not satisfied today.
